How Are The Custom T-Shirts Printed?
We offer two printing methods for our custom t-shirts. Both methods produce industry-best graphics that will not scratch or peel off.
Our polyester t-shirts and apparel is printed using dye sublimation. This premium printing process infuses your custom artwork into the fabric, ensuring vibrant and fade-resistant graphics. Dye sublimated graphics will not fade or scratch out because the ink is embedded into the fabric fibers.
Our direct-to-film printing method transfers designs onto a special film first, then uses heat to apply them to the fabric, ensuring vibrant, fade-resistant prints. Direct to film printed shirts are of much higher quality than screen printed or direct to fabric printed shirts. Direct to film produces more vibrant colors, a smoother design area, and more fade-resistance compared to cheap custom t-shirts.
Custom T-Shirts Fabric Options
We offer cotton and polyester fabric types. Both materials are durable for frequent wear and machine washable for easy care.
Our 100% cotton t-shirts are soft, and durable, making them an excellent choice for everyday wear. Cotton is more breathable than polyester and is better for certain applications. We print using direct to film printing on Gildan® Heavy Cotton shirts, ensuring a long product life.
Our polyester fabric option is highly durable and is resistant to wrinkles, stretching and shrinking. The fabric is lightweight, breathable, and comfortable, offering flexibility without compromising on comfort. We print using dye sublimation on Jerzees® brand polyester shirts, ensuring a long product life.
How To Design Your Custom T-Shirt
- Choose your product below: We offer cotton and polyester fabric options, paired with advanced dye sublimation and DTF printing techniques for vibrant, high-quality graphics.
- Choose your imprint area: We offer front, back, front and back, and all over print imprint areas. For maximum visibility, choose an all over print or front and back print to ensure your design is seen from every angle.
- Customize your custom t shirt using one of our three design options: Design using our online design tool, design and upload the artwork template, or utilize our free design services. All design submissions are proofed by our team of graphic designers.
- Choose your production and shipping: Our standard turnaround time is 3 business days. If you need your custom shirts as soon as possible, we offer rush production and rush shipping options at checkout. We offer turnaround times as fast as 1 business day.

Unlike cheap custom t-shirts offered by other competitors, our t-shirts are made and printed in the USA. We offer turnaround times as fast as one day with overnight shipping available for a small fee.
What is the turnaround time?
We have a standard 3 day turnaround time. If you need your customized shirts faster than our standard turnaround time, we offer rush production and overnight shipping options at checkout.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, we offer our custom t shirts with no minimum order quantity, making these a great option for single orders and small orders. We offer our t-shirts are discounted prices for large orders.
Are the shirts machine-washable?
Yes, these t-shirts are machine washable. Unlike the cheap t-shirt printing offered by some competitors, our shirts are designed to last for years of repeated wear.
